WSOP Event #10 : ElkY défend son titre au Jour 2

Le Jour 1 de l'Event #10: $5,000 Seven Card Stud des WSOP a attiré 145 joueurs et 91 d'entre eux reviendront pour le Jour 2 dont Bryn Kenney, chip leader avec 59.000 jetons. L'année dernière, le buy-in du tournoi était de 10.000$ et Bertrand Elky Grospellier s'était imposé. Le Français, qui défend son titre, est toujours dans le tournoi mais il a fini avec seulement 10.300.
Du côté des éliminés, le spécialiste de Stud Chris Tryba, Dan Kelly, Chris Klodnicki, Justin “Boosted J” Smith, Robert et Michael Mizrachi, Phil Ivey et Daniel Negreanu ont vu leurs tapis s'évaporer. D'autres figures du poker restent malgré tout dans la course au bracelet. Jason Mercier, qui jongle avec l'Event à 1.500$ re-entry, a ainsi fini la journée avec 32.900 jetons. Andy Bloch et Cory Zeidman sont toujours en lice pour un deuxième titre cet été.
Les survivants reviendront ce lundi à 14h (23h en France) pour le Jour 2 et l'objectif sera de jouer jusqu'à la table finale.
