At noon local time, Event #50: $600 Mixed No-Limit Hold'em/Pot-Limit Omaha will welcome back the 61 remaining players to the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino. They are all guaranteed at least $1,974 but will all be eyeing that first-place prize of $127,219 and the much lusted after gold WSOP bracelet.
The chip leader returning for Day 2 is Eric Froehlich (2,550,000), who will try to add a third gold bracelet to his collection. Following closely in the chip counts is Kris Burchfield with 2,533,000 who cashed in three events in this series. Closing out the top three is Alejandro Jaureguireynoso with 1,975,000.
Play will continue until a winner is crowned in the Amazon room (Gold Section). Blinds will resume on level 23. The blinds will be 15,000/30,000 with a 30,000 big blind ante when playing. The levels will be 30 minutes on Day 2 with a 15-minute break after every three levels with the dinner break yet to be determined.
