The Third Flight of the GIANT has Arrived

There has been a total of 2,258 entries come together for the first two flights of Event #6: $365 GIANT No-Limit Hold'em and of those entries, 133 found a bag and secured their seat on to Day 2.

Day 1c marks the third of a total of five flights that will be played weekly on Friday's at 7 p.m. Those that bag during any of the flights will be coming back for Day 2 on Saturday, June 30.

One of which will be coming back for the second day is chipleader Jon Turner, who went from having less than a big blind to ending the day with 2,265,000!

Players will receive 25,000 in chips on each Day 1 and will play 21 levels (or down to 10 players, whichever is first). The blinds are 20-minutes in duration and there will be a 20-minute break every six levels of play. There are unlimited re-entry and late registration open for nine levels.

Unlike many tournaments, the GIANT plays into the money on Day 1, with the top 15 percent of the field getting paid a guaranteed min-cash by the end of the night. The remaining prizepool from all Day 1's will be carried over to Day 2.

Players may choose to forfeit their stack at the end of the night and play another flight because once a player bags chips they are no longer eligible to participate in additional starting flights.

Players may cash in multiple flights if they reach the top 15% of any flight, yet don’t survive flight with chips.
