Jour 1 a débuté
At 6 p.m. UTC, the GGPoker WSOP Online Bracelet Events continue with Event #52: $1,000 NLHE to give players another shot at winning a shiny gold WSOP bracelet. Nineteen bracelets have already been handed out.
Familiar players like Juha Helppi, Kristen Bicknell, Yuri Dzivielevskip added another bracelet to their collection while players like Roberto Romanello, Simon Lofberg, Ranno Sootla, and Paul Teoh claimed their first one (for now).
Mikita Badziakouski, Pierre Merlin, Matt Vengrin, Paraskevas Tsokaridis, Niklas Astedt, and Rodrigo Caprioli all fell short but might be back today to try again, just like many others will. With a buy-in of $1,000, this tournament is expected to attract quite a few players so get ready for an action-packed day.
When players enter the tournament, they will get 25,000 chips in their start stack. Players can reenter twice during the first three hours of late registration. The levels will last 15-minutes each until the final table of nine players has been reached. From there onwards, the blinds will increase every 30 hands.
The winner at the end of the day won't just walk away with the first-place prize and a bracelet, they will also get a package to WSOP Europe worth a whopping $15,000. PokerNews will be there from the first second until a new champion has been found so make sure to follow along.
