De Oliveira Doubles Through McKnight

Ryan McKnight opened to 6,000,000 from under the gun holding A♣K♦ before Tauan De Oliveira moved all in from the cutoff with J♥J♦. The blinds got out of the way to send the action back to McKnight and he quickly called with the covering stack to put the Brazilian at risk.

Phil Hellmuth also has the chance to get his 17th WSOP bracelet, as he is one of the final 55 players in Event #11: $600 No-Limit Hold'em Deepstack.

Both players checked through the 3♣9♦2♣ flop to the 4♥ turn at which point Thompson bet enough to force Pham all in. After some thought, Pham called off for her tournament life.
