Hands #76-79: Jacobson Doubles Before Dinner

Niveau 24 : 200,000/400,000, 50,000 ante

Hand #76: Chris Moore defended his big blind from a Bertrand Grospellier open in the cutoff. The board ran out {2-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{k-Spades}{a-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} as the two checked down to fifth street. Finally, Grospellier bet 1.1 million. That was enough to win the pot without showdown.

Hand #77: Haralabos Voulgaris shoved all in for 5.5 million or so, and the blinds folded.

Hand #78: Moore raised to 950,000 from the button. He won the pot.

Hand #79: Martin Jacobson moved all in from the button. It was 5,075,000. Grospellier called in the big blind.

Jacobson: {a-Spades}{3-Clubs}
Grospellier: {k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}

The flop came {a-Clubs}{10-Spades}{3-Diamonds}, giving Jacobson aces up and a big lead. He only needed to fade a queen, and the {4-Clubs} and {5-Spades} kept him best.
