Brown Chipping Up; Goff and Cianelli Even

Niveau 4 : 200/400, 50 ante

Victor Cianelli had been chipping up early, while Fred Goff III was reduced to only 12,000 at some point. According to Goff and Cianelli, that changed when the former found pocket aces in the midst of telling a story to the table and got it in against the pocket kings of Cianelli.

Cianelli claimed a late pot in the current level, raising to 1,125. Sergon Toma called with his short stack in the cutoff, and Goff called in the big blind. The flop came {Q-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}, and Cianelli's bet of 2,700 won the pot with no further resistance.

As far as Ronnie Brown is concerned, he keeps adding chips to an already impressive stack. In a heads-up pot on the {K-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{10-Spades} turn, he bet 7,600 on the button, and the James Carroll called in the small blind. The {J-Spades} river killed the action, and both players checked. Carroll showed {K-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}, and Brown scooped the pot with {K-Hearts}{10-Hearts}.
