Soon after, Luca made it 53,000 to go from the cutoff and Paul Newey defended his big blind only to check-fold the flop to a continuation bet.
Ali Reza Fatehi bumped it to 58,000 on the button and Ole Schemion defended his big blind.
The flop came and after a Schemion check, Fatehi continued for 111,000. Schemion called and they both checked the turn.

John Juanda made it 53,000 from the cutoff, then folded when Paul Newey shoved from one seat over.
Igor Kurganov limped limped from the button, Ivan Luca called in the small blind and Erik Seidel checked the button. On the flop, the action was checked to Kurganov and his bet of 44,000 was called only by Luca. The turn saw the Argentinian check and then fold to a bet worth 125,000 by Kurganov.
Kurganov then raised twice to 48,000 and picked up the blinds once and a call by Erik Seidel on the button after. After a flop, Kurganov continued for 75,000 and that was enough to shut down all further action.

On the river, Fatehi checked and Kanit bet for what looked like 350,000 to receive a snap-call by the Iranian. Kanit's ended up second best to the of Fatehi, the very same hand he also hand when knocking out Salman Behbehani.
Ivan Luca shoved the button into shorter stacks Erik Seidel and John Juanda's blinds.
Seidel folded, but Juanda made the call for his tournament life with the .
