Yan Takes Two From Badziakouski
[Removed:17] just won two hands in a row against Mikita Badziakouski. In the first pot, he made it 11,000 from the under the gun position. Ole Schemion made the call and after Ramin Hajiyev folded, Badziakouski came along as well.
Both blinds, Davidi Kitai and Patrick Leonard, moved out of the way and the three saw the flop. Yan continued for 14,000, Schemion folded but Badziakouski stayed around for the turn.
It was checked around and the landed on the river. Badziakouski bet 48,000 after a check from Yan. The player from New Zealand tanked for a while before calling.
Badziakouski opened for ace-high and Yan tabled for a winning pair of nines.
In the following hand, Badziakouski opened to 12,000 and Yan defended his big blind. He then check-raised to 27,000 on the flop, after Badziakouski had continued for 10,000. The Belarusian gave it up and took another small hit.
