Shack-Harris Keeps Firing

Niveau 11 : 1,200/2,400, 0 ante

Brandon Shack-Harris raised from early position and received calls from both blinds. The flop came {j-Spades}{5-Spades}{a-Clubs} and both opponents checked.

Shack-Harris bet and was called by only the big blind. He bet again on the {8-Clubs} turn and the big blind stuck around to see the {9-Diamonds} fall on the river.

This time, the big blind folded when the two-time bracelet winner bet as Shack-Harris stacked up some new chips.

Tayi Looking to Do One Better

Niveau 11 : 1,200/2,400, 0 ante

Venkata Tayi finished second to Shane Buchwald in this event in 2017. So far today, he's looking up at nobody as he has the clear largest stack in the room.

In his last hand, Tayi raised from under the gun, then called a re-raise. The flop came {5-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{2-Diamonds} and Tayi checked to his opponent on the button, who bet. Tayi same back with a raise and the button folded.

Tayi showed {5-Hearts}{5-Spades} for the flopped set as he added to his already massive stack.

Riesenberg Takes Down Sizeable Pot

Niveau 11 : 1,200/2,400, 0 ante

Jason Riesenberg raised in the cutoff and was called by the button, small blind and big blind.

The dealer fanned a flop of {7-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and both the blinds checked to Riesenberg who continued with a bet. All three opponents made the call.

The {k-Clubs} hit the turn and once checked to again, Riesenberg fired off a bet. This time only the big blind called.

The {k-Diamonds} paired on the river and the big blind took the lead. Riesenberg quickly called. The big blind tabled {6-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for sixes and kings but was no good as Riesenberg tabled {a-Spades}{7-Clubs} for sevens and kings.
