Deeb's Rail is Growing

Niveau 34

Pot-Limit Omaha

Shaun Deeb raised to 250,000 from the button and Kyle Loman called in the big blind.

Both players checked to the river on a board of 2J939 when Deeb fired out 325,000. Loman simply shrugged and folded.

"Did you win, Shaun? Did you scoop," Josh Arieh yelled from Deeb's rail, which now includes Daniel Negreanu and Mike Matusow.

"We're playing this game, Josh," Deeb replied, showing the Omaha plaque.

"Shaun thinks this is his best game, but he doesn't know shit," Arieh added.

Pot-Limit Omaha

Aloisio Dourado raised to 350,000 on the button and got a call from Shaun Deeb in the big blind.

On the 97A flop, Deeb check-called a bet of 500,000 from his Brazilian opponent.

The players checked the 3, but on the 5 river, Deeb brought the heat with a bet of 1,800,000.

Dourado tanked for a couple of minutes before making the call.

Deeb happily showed J1086 for the nut straight to drag one of the largest pots of the night and take a 2-1 chip lead over Dourado, much to the delight of his boisterous rail.

Dourado Gets Some Back From Deeb

Niveau 34

Pot-Limit Omaha

In a blind versus blind limped pot, Shaun Deeb bet 175,000 on a flop of 95J and Aloisio Dourado called.

The turn came the 8 and Deeb fired out another 800,000. Dourado took his time before calling as the 8 fell on the river.

Deeb slowed down and checked this time, and Dourado checked back. "Queen-jack," Deeb announced, but Dourado had Q1076 for a straight to win the pot.

The game changed to Limit Hold'em after this hand and Deeb showed off the plaque to his rail. "Shaun, just fold. I've played Limit Hold'em with you, just fold," Daniel Negreanu said to him.

2-7 Triple Draw

Aloisio Dourado raised on the button and Shaun Deeb called in the big blind and took two, while Dourado took one.

Dourado fired out another bet and Deeb called, taking two once more. Dourado stood pat and bet again on the second draw.

Deeb, starring over at Dourado from beneath the brim of his black sparkling hat, then raised and Dourado called. Both players stood pat and Deeb bet again.

Dourado looked up at the ceiling as he tanked for about a minute before sliding in a tower of chips to call. Deeb turned over a 10-6, but Dourado had 8x7x6x3x2x to win the pot.

"Vamos," his Brazilian supporters yelled from the rail as Dourado began pumping his fist in the air.

Limit 2-7 Triple Draw

Aloisio Dourado raised on the button and Kyle Loman three-bet from the small blind. Shaun Deeb folded his big blind and Dourado called.

Loman drew two, while Dourado only needed one card. Still, Loman bet, leaving himself just 100,000 behind, and Dourado called.

The players each drew one and Loman flicked his final chip forward which was called by Dourado. They each drew one again and revealed what they were drawing to.

Kyle Loman: 7x6x4x2x/Xx
Aloisio Dourado: 9x7x5x3x/Xx

Dourado revealed his final card first which was a Jx. Any three, five, eight, nine, ten, or jack would keep Loman alive, but he paired his 2x, ending his night in third place to leave Dourado heads-up with Shaun Deeb for the bracelet and the $198,854 first prize.
