Pho Gets Value From Estes

Sokchheka Pho was heads-up from the big blind against Michael Estes, who was in early position, on a A98 flop.

Pho check-called a 40,000 bet from Estes and then both players checked on the J turn.

The 10 completed the board and Pho led out for 45,000. Estes tanked for a while but eventually committed calling chips into the middle and Pho tabled AAQ3 for a set of aces. Estes couldn't beat it and mucked — conceding the pot to Pho.

Following a raise from Robert Campbell (NV), who shares his name with the Australian WSOP Player of the Year, Joseph Silverman moved all in for approximately 75,000. Campbell called and Silverman was at risk.

The flop came Q98 improving neither player, nor did the J turn. leaving Campbell's ace-six ahead for an unlikely win.

That is until Silverman called for a three, which the dealer provided with the 3 on the river to give him a winning pair of threes. and the double-up.

Chen Takes From Drinan

Following a limp from Connor Drinan in the cutoff, James Chen raised to 55,000 on the button. Drinan called and they saw a flop of 1075.

After a check from Drinan, Chen cut out a bet of 90,000 and slid it forward, sending Drinan into the tank.

After about a minute of deliberation, Drinan opted to fold, sending the pot to Chen.
