Nghia "3 Putts" Le scored the first elimination of the day.
As told to PokerNews by a few players at the table, Renan Bruschi led out on each street, with Le calling. After all of Bruschi's chips made their way to the middle, his final hand was a full house, fives full of fours.
Le drew out to a higher full house, queens full of fours, to eliminate Bruschi.
To Bruschi's credit, he handled being knocked out well — by casually eating his meal until it was time for him to vacate his seat.

Eric Rabl: XxXx/6♠5♣A♠9♠/Xx
Benjamin Miner: XxXx/2♣3♦A♦10♦/Xx
John Ma: XxXx/5♥8♥J♣/folded on fifth street
Benjamin Miner brought it in and Eric Rabl completed before John Ma called. On fourth street, Miner checked before Rabl bet and Ma came along before Miner check-called.
On fifth street, Rabl bet the A♠ and Ma folded before Miner came along. The last of it went in for Rabl on sixth street and Miner called to put him at risk.
Miner turned over A♥4♦4♥ for a pair of aces but Rabl had K♦6♦6♣ to take the whole pot with three sixes.
Miner was left with just 7,000 but he picked up a few chips on the next hand.
Meanwhile, David Levi was eliminated at another table.

Engel bet once more on sixth street, to which Chung called. Both players checked seventh. "Aces up," said Engel, turning over A♦K♠7♦ for two pair to take down the pot as Chung mucked.

Peter Brownstein: XxXx/6♦Q♠ - folded on fourth street
Nghia Le: XxXx/J♥6♥ - folded on fourth street
Karina Jett brought in, with Le, Jeanne David, and Brownstein only calling. The table joked about it being a family game, as nobody completed.
Fourth street saw action checked to Jett, who led out. Her only caller was David, who called all in. The cards were turned over.
Jeanne David: Q♥8♥/A♥10♣10♥7♠/Xx
Karina Jett: 4♥2♦/3♥6♣7♣6♠/Xx
Jett had a made low, and did not improve upon her pair of sixes when she turned over the Q♣. David already had the high beat, and only improved when her 7♥ completed her flush.
"That's the way to do it! Besties going heads up," said David to Jett.

Bradley Smith: XxXx/6♣ - folded on third street
Jeffrey Trudeau: XxXx/7♦7♣10♠K♦ - folded on sixth street
Xixiang Luo: XxXx/4♠2♠7♥3♠
Smith completed before Trudeau raised. Luo then reraised on top, which forced Smith out. Trudeau made the call, and action continued with just two.
Fourth and fifth streets followed the same pattern - Trudeau checked before calling a bet of Luo.
Sixth street saw action checked to Luo once more. He fired another bet, but this time Trudeau found a fold.
On another table, Jeanne David was seen exiting the area after being eliminated.

Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better
Jonah Seewald limped in from middle position and Ari Engel called from the button before Christopher Chung and Sean Troha came along from the blinds.
The flop was K♦2♦3♥ and action checked to Engel for a bet from the button. Chung and Troha called and Seewald got out of the way.
The turn was 7♣ and action checked again to Engel for another bet. Chung called and Troha called to be committed for less than a full bet.
A side pot started on the 10♠ river when Chung check-called a bet from Engel and the cards were turned up.
Chung had K♥Q♣J♠9♦ for a pair of kings to take half of everything. Troha had A♥Q♦8♥5♦ for the ace-five low. Engel, however, turned over A♦7♠5♣5♥ to take half the side and one-quarter of the main pot with the same ace-five low. Troha suvived with only a quarter of the main pot.
Bronshtein is at the same table and he's trending up in the first level of the day, while Patrick Leonard and Troha have fallen behind. Meanwhile, Alex Livingston and Benjamin Miner have been eliminated from the tournament on other tables.
