PokerNews Vous Attend au Malta Poker Festival d'Automne
Le Malta Poker Festival Autumn se profile à l’horizon et proposera une semaine d’action au Portomaso Casino à Malte, avec 500 000 € de prize pools garantis sur plus d’une douzaine de tournois.
Le Malta Poker Festival Autumn aura lieu du 26 octobre au 3 novembre et culminera avec le MPF Grand Event à 550 €. PokerNews sera sur place pour couvrir en direct le MPF Grand Main Event, un tournoi sur quatre jours qui sacrera son vainqueur le 3 novembre.
Sept journées de départ
Le Malta Poker Festival a lieu deux fois par an et attire des joueurs de toute l’Europe.
L’édition d’automne s’ouvrira par un vol à tarif spécial du MPF Grand Event, permettant d’entrer pour seulement 400 €. Il y aura sept journées de départ au total pour le Grand Event, la dernière étant un turbo le 1er novembre.
Les plus gros buy-ins de la série incluent le UDSO Gold Highroller à 1 000 € et le Super Highroller à 1 400 €, animé par Alexandra O’Brien.
Parmi les autres temps forts du Malta Poker Festival Autumn à venir : un Bounty Hunter Days Malta à 150 €, un Ladies First à 200 € animé par Ann-Ross Callens, et le Scandinavian Open Poker Championship à 235 €.
Il y aura également de quoi se mettre dans l’ambiance le 31 octobre avec le MPF Halloween Special à 300 €, animé par Caroline Cove.
La dernière fois à Malte
Lors du Malta Poker Festival Spring plus tôt cette année, le Grand Event à 550 € a rassemblé 1 202 entrées pour un prize pool de 555 940 €. L’Italien Aurelio Vallone a signé une victoire émouvante en battant en heads-up Carsten Mawick pour 94 600 €.
« C’est un moment très émouvant pour moi — tout le tournoi a été vraiment fou », a déclaré Vallone à PokerNews. « Parfois j’ai bien run, parfois moins, mais je n’avais plus que quatre blindes sur les deux dernières tables, donc être ici est incroyable. »
La table finale internationale réunissait des joueurs d’Allemagne (Mawick), du Royaume-Uni (Alexander Maskell), de Norvège (Egon Holdhus) et de Macédoine du Nord (Dragan Ignjatovski).
