Navarro Shoves the River
Niveau 13
: Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Simon Higgins limped from the small blind and called after Lucia Navarro raised to 16,000 in the big blind.
Higgins checked the 10♥3♠J♥ flop, making another call once Navarro continued for 15,000. Both players then checked the J♠ turn.
Higgins led out for 75,000 on the 8♠ river, with Navarro asking for a look at his remaining stack while taking some time with her decision. Navarro announced all in, putting Higgins to the test.
After a few moments, Higgins slid his cards into the muck and Navarro added more chips to her growing stack.
