Schulze Spikes the Turn
Niveau 14
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Nemanja Tatar opened to 12,000 with 7♣7♦ in early position, with Gregory Gruch sliding in a three-bet to 26,000 with 10♣10♥ in the cutoff. Felix Schulze called holding A♦10♠ in the big blind, leaving the action three ways to the 2♠2♥2♣ flop.
Tatar checked his full house to Gruch, who fired 9,000 with a better full house. Schulze then raised to 28,000, with Tatar mucking before Gruch made the call.
The dealer revealed the 2♠ turn, leaving quads on the board. Schulze took the lead and fired 63,000, with Gruch calling to see the 9♦ river.
Schulze fired another 63,000, leaving Gruch to contemplate the situation for a couple of minutes. Gruch eventually decided to let his hand go, as Schulze came from behind to take down the pot.
