Sánchez Gets River Value
Niveau 25
: Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Borja Diaz opened to 225,000 in the hijack with K♥9♦ and was called by Guillermo Sánchez, holding A♣9♣ on the button. Ramon Fernandez also made the call with 3♠2♦ in the big blind.
Fernandez checked the 5♣A♥6♠ flop and Diaz fired 325,000. Sánchez tossed in the call while Fernandez got out of the way. The Q♥ turn saw both players check through to the 9♥ river.
Diaz checked to Sánchez, who fired 700,000 into the middle. Diaz used a time bank before making the call, mucking hand as Sánchez showed down two pair.
