The A♥10♣8♦ was checked around the table, with Simpson folding to a bet of 1,500 on the 9♥ turn. Another round of checks followed the 4♠ river, where Jesus Castro was first to show in the small blind.

Castro revealed 5♥4♥ for a rivered pair of fours. Both opponents mucked, as Castro smiled while raking in the chips.

After chips already hit the middle of the table to his right, Angel Martin slid out a preflop raise to 5,700. Only one opponent called to see the 4♥4♣5♦ flop.

Martin fired 5,500 and was check-called to the 9♥ turn, where both players checked. Action checked to Martin again after the 7♦ river and he slid out a big bet of 21,500.

That was enough to produce a fold to his left, as Martin raked in a sizeable early pot.
