Keane Flushes the Champ
Niveau 2
: Blinds 100/100, 100 ante
Manuel Ledesma raised to 300 in the hijack and was called by Gavin Keane in the cutoff.
The flop came K♥8♥2♣ and Ledesma bet 600. Keane called to the Q♥ turn as Ledesma slowed down and checked. Keane then bet 900 and Ledesma called.
Ledesma led out for 2,500 on the 5♠ river and Keane quickly called. Ledesma showed K♠Q♦ for top two pair, but Keane turned over 10♥7♥ for a flush to win the pot.
Despite dropping that pot, the defending champion has still increased his stack to around 75,000 so far on Day 1a.
