Ten Cate Wins With Ace-High, Gets No Action With Nines
Niveau 24
: Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Angel Perez limped in from the small blind and Jonas ten Cate checked his option.
Perez led out for 60,000 on the Q♥7♣3♦ flop and Ten Cate called. Both players checked down the 8♣ turn and Q♣ river as Ten Cate showed A♠6♦. Perez mucked 10♣5♥.
A few hands later, Ten Cate picked up 9♥9♦ in the cutoff and opened to 120,000 as the rest of the table quickly folded.
