Cowen Doubles on Attempt Four
Niveau 5
: Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
The action was caught on a river of Q♦4♠9♦7♠7♣, where Robert Cowen had bet 40,000 from the big blind. Saeed Rehman then raised him all-in for 140,000, and Cowen called after some thinking time.
Rehman showed K♦Q♣J♠10♠ for two pair, which was no good against the 9♣7♦8♠8♦ of Cowen, who doubled up with his full house.
"I was scared I had to fire bullet five," Cowen admitted as he raked in the chips.
