Freiholz Back to Seven Figures
Niveau 16
: Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Most of Leon Freiholz's chips had gone in preflop from the cutoff against Tom-Aksel Bedell in the cutoff, creating a pot of more than 1,000,000 chips.
Freiholz then committed his final 155,000 on the J♣J♥9♣ flop. Bedell gave it some serious thought but ultimately decided his odds were too good and made the call.
Leon Freiholz: K♦K♣Q♥2♥
Tom-Aksel Bedell: 9♦8♥6♦5♦
Bedell turned some extra hope with the 7♣ appearing, but the A♣ river provided no further help, doubling up Freiholz with his kings.
