Around 35,000 chips found their way to the middle of the table already and the flop came {K-Clubs}{J-Spades}{7-Hearts}. Chance Kornuth checked out of the big blind and Mikhail Rudoy checked back from early position.

On the {6-Diamonds} turn, Kornuth bet 20,000 and Rudoy called before the {2-Hearts} river completed the board. Kornuth bet 40,000 and Rudoy folded.

While dragging in the pot, Kornuth looked over to the other table and spotted Sergey Lebedev. "Que pasa?" he asked and Lebedev grinned back, replying "Don't be so strong with my buddy, he is not so experienced in these tournaments. Be friendly."

Solid Start For Holz

Niveau 2 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

German juggernaut Fedor Holz, who amassed almost 15 million dollar in winnings this year alone, is off to a good start in this tournament. He opened under the gun to 3,500 and got a call from Manuchehr Ahadpur Khangah, a businessman from Azerbaijan.

Both players checked the {K-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop. Holz led out 3,500 on the {8-Spades} turn, and Khangah quickly called. On the {2-Diamonds} river, the German bet 4,500 and Khangah quickly folded.

Dvoress Jams Into Silver

Niveau 2 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Max Silver and Daniel Dvoress shared their starting table but were since moved to accommodate the growing field size. Sure enough both found themselves at the same table again and got into a pot that saw around 15,000 chips in the middle with the board reading {K-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{5-Hearts}.

Silver checked out of the big blind and Dvoress bet 13,000, which Silver called. On the {5-Diamonds} river, Silver checked and Dvoress moved all in. "How much?" Silver quickly called. Once it was determined to be 140,300, Silver added "good bet" and folded half a minute later.

Troyanovskiy's River Bet Goes Wrong

Niveau 2 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Vladimir Troyanovskiy raised to 3,000 from the hijack and Tom-Aksel Bedell three-bet from the button to 7,000. Troyanovskiy called and the pair saw a flop of {5-Spades}{6-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}. Troyanovskiy checked and Bedell bet 2,500. Troyanovskiy called.

The turn {3-Clubs} was checked by both players and on the river, which was the {4-Hearts}, Troyanovskiy bet a hefty 15,000. Bedell called quickly and watched as his opponent turned over {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts}. Bedell could beat that however, as he showed {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs} to scoop the pot.

Fast First To Go

Niveau 2 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

We ran into Dietrich Fast in the hallway and he told us the details of his bust-out hand. It was, once again, Niall Farrell taking his chips.

Action folded to Farell on the button and he made it 3,000 to go. From the small blind, Fast three-bet to 10,500 with {7-Spades}{8-Spades} and Farrell called.

The flop came {Q-Spades}{8-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and Fast check-called a bet of 8,500. The {6-Diamonds} on the turn made him check-call another 28,000 and the {7-Clubs} completed the board. Fast checked a third time and called off his 60,000 remaining stack with his rivered two pair. Unfortunately for Fast, Farrell turned over {8-}{8-} for a set and Fast made his exit.

Small Pot for Greenwood

Niveau 2 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

After taking a big hit early on, Sam Greenwood just recovered and won a small pot. Jack Salter opened to 3,000 from under the gun and Julian Stuer called, as did Greenwood in the cutoff.

The flop came {10-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and all three players checked. After the {7-Spades} turn, action checked to Greenwood and he bet 8,400. That was good enough to win the pot, as his two opponents both folded.

Thomas Takes from Dietrich

Niveau 2 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

On a flop of {7-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{3-Hearts}, Julian Thomas checked in the big blind and Moritz Dietrich bet 3,000 in the cutoff. Thomas now check-raised to 11,000 and was called.

After the {5-Spades} turn, Thomas bet 20,000 and received a call before the {6-Hearts} river went check, check. Thomas flipped over {K-Clubs}{4-Clubs} for a straight and scooped the pot.
