It's almost time for Day 3 of the €1,100 EPT National at the PokerStars European Poker Tour Prague, held at the gorgeous Hilton Prague. Iliya Iliev leads a field of 30 players with a stack of 8,820,000 to the penultimate day of the tournament. The plan is to play down to the final six players today at which point they will all be guaranteed to take home at least €71,800, but all the remaining players will, of course, be eyeing the top prize of €382,750.
Other big names in the tournament include Preben Stokkan (7,700,000), Jean-Noel Thorel (5,900,000), Bryan Paris (2,060,000), Walter Treccarichi (1,495,000), and Charlie Carrel (1,425,000). They are all guaranteed to take home at least €8,930 at this stage of the tournament.
They will continue play at noon local time with 53 minutes and 24 seconds remaining in level 27 (30,000-60,000, big blind ante 60,000). The plan is to play down to the final six players. PokerNews will be present to provide coverage of the €1,100 EPT National throughout the day.
