Dvoress Jams Up Stack Without Showdown

Niveau 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante
Daniel Dvoress
Daniel Dvoress

First to act Thomas Pettersson raised it up to 2,800 and picked up calls by Steffen Sontheimer and Daniel Dvoress. On a flop of {8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{6-Spades}, Pettersson continued for 6,700 and Sontheimer called. Dvoress carefully checked his stack before moving all in for 33,200 and Pettersson gave it a lot of thought before folding. Sontheimer also folded and then asked Pettersson "did you have a big hand?", the Swede nodded.

Pettersson asked over to Dvoress, who replied "I had something" with a grin on the face. The same table also features Argentina's Andres Korn, who was the second player to win a WSOP bracelet for his home country.
