Big Pot for Arias

Niveau 2 : 100/100, 100 ante

Carlos Vallve Arias started the action with a raise to 500 and it was called by Vincent Gabel one seat over before Junichi Nakanowatari, in the cutoff, three-bet to 1,600. Both Arias and Gabel called.

The flop appeared {5-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} and it was checked to Nakanowatari player who continued for 2,600. Only Arias stayed in the pot.

The turn was the {q-Diamonds} and Arias before facing a bet worth 12,500 from Nakanowatari. Arias tanked for some time before raising it to 25,000, leaving him with 10,000 behind. Nakanowatari ended up folding his cards reluctantly.

Youness Busts and Re-Enters

Niveau 1 : 100/100, 0 ante

"Nice one," Hans Vestin said as Stanislav Ivanov dragged in the pot and Zac Youness had disappeared after a mere 20 minutes.

According to Balazs Biri and Ivanov, it was Biri that opened and received two callers. A three-bet to 900 by Youness was called three ways and the flop came {a-}{q-Hearts}{5-} and only Youness check-called a bet of 2,000. He then bet the {2-Hearts} turn for 6,500 to receive a call by Ivanov before moving all in after the {3-Hearts} river.

Ivanov called with {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts} for the nut flush and Youness tabled kings without a heart. Soon after, Youness re-entered to become the first player to fire a second entry in the tournament.
