€25,000 Single Day High Roller

"Hey PokerStars..." asked the High Rollers.

"Yes?" replied PokerStars.

"Can we have more High Rollers?" asked the High Rollers.

"Of course," said PokerStars. "At what time would you like to bag up for Day 2?"

"Well," said the High Rollers. "What if we...didn't bag up?"

And lo, the Single Day High Roller was born. Today sees the €25,000 Single Day High Roller which kicks off at 12:30pm. Last time out at the PCA, Sean Winter and and Justin Bonomo won one apiece, and before that at EPT Prague it was Corentin Ropert and Thomas Boivin.

Monte Carlo sees just the one €25,000 Single Day High Roller, with its big brother - with a €50,000 buy-in - taking place tomorrow.

Today players will receive 100,000 chips with levels 30-minutes each. There is unlimited re-entries, with 20-minute breaks every four levels. The third break of the day will be a 75-minute dinner break.

Stay tuned to PokerNews for all the action from what promises to be an exciting day's play.
