Opponent:
Serratore was in prime shape to double with his set of nines to his opponent's top two pair as long as he could fade a king or running hearts. He would do just that as the turn and river completed the runout, unnecessarily improving him to a full house, nines full of aces in the process. He pushed forward his stack, which the dealer totaled to be 7,500, and his opponent paid accordingly as the entire pot was shipped to Serratore as his reward for the double.
