Burneikis Wins Flip to Send One Home

Niveau 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Action was opened to 2,400 by the under-the-gun-player and the person next to act called. Vladas Burneikis then three-bet to 15,500 from middle position, an amount that effectively committed himself against both remaining players. Action made its way back to the original opener and he went all in, prompting a quick fold from the player on his left and an immediate call from Burneikis thereafter.

All-In Player: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Vladas Burneikis: {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}

Burneikis was in a coin flip situation with the opportunity to knock out a player and add a bit more to his stack. The flop fell {6-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}, keeping him behind but giving him two additional outs to Broadway. The turn {9-Hearts} was safe for his opponent, but the river {a-Clubs} gave Burneikis just what he needed to send his opponent to the rail and earn him the pot.

Kramer Correctly Looks Up the Check-Raise

Niveau 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

A player in early position opened the action to 3,000 and received a call by Michael Kramer, who was in middle position. All remaining players folded and action proceeded heads up to a flop of {4-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}. The original opener made a continuation-bet of 5,500, which Kramer called.

The turn fell {3-Diamonds} and the early-position player checked. Kramer fired out 5,500 and his opponent check-raised to 20,500. Kramer took a couple of seconds to think and then made the call. Action went check-check on the river {j-Hearts} and the hand went to showdown.

The early-position player showed {a-Hearts}{9-Clubs} for ace high to go along with the board's pair of threes. Kramer then turned over {6-Clubs}{6-Hearts} and won the pot with sixes up.

Dziubdziela Takes From Quaade

Niveau 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

In a battle big blind versus button, Marcin Dziubdziela checked and called a bet of 2,800 on the {j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} flop and did so again for 4,800 on the {a-Diamonds} turn. The {8-Clubs} fell on the river and Dziubdziela checked the third street in a row.

Quaade asked to see the remaining stack of his opponent and then bet 5,800, which Dziubdziela called once more and was good with {k-Spades}{j-Spades}, as Quaade only had {6-Clubs}{5-Clubs}.

Dittman Wins a Big One

Niveau 10 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Klaus Schiefer was under the gun and opened to 2,600. He saw action fold around to Marco Dittmann, who called from the hijack. The big blind also called and action went three handed to a flop of {8-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{10-Clubs}. Both the big blind and Schiefer then checked to put action on Dittmann.

Dittman fired 7,500 forward and the big blind sent his cards to the muck to put action onto Schiefer, who made the call. The turn {10-Spades} brought a pair of tens on board and Schiefer once again checked. Dittmann put out a bet of 16,000, which prompted a check-raise all in by Schiefer. Dittmann immediately called.

Klaus Schiefer: {a-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Marco Dittmann: {8-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}

Schiefer had flopped a double gutshot to potentially hit Broadway, only to find himself drawing dead when all the chips went in on the turn as his straight draw was already up against Dittmann's full house. The meaningless river {a-Diamonds} did improve Schiefer, but his aces up were not enough to earn him the pot.

Stacks were pushed forward and Dittmann's was counted to be 72,700. Schiefer's was totaled at 71,700, just barely below that of Dittmann's, and he tapped the table and wished everybody a good game and good luck moving forward as he made his way from the table and left the tournament area.

Mjagkov Scores a Dub

Niveau 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante

Andrei Mjagkov went all in for 19,800 from under the gun and action made its way around to the cutoff, who called. The remaining players in the hand all folded and it was off to the races.

Andrei Mjagkov: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Cutoff: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}

Mjagkov had a bit of a sweat in a coin flip situation for his tournament life until the dealer brought the flop {2-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{9-Hearts} to give him top set and put him way out in front and make him a near-lock to double as long as he could fade running Broadway outs. The turn {3-Clubs} secured his double, leaving his opponent drawing dead for the river {j-Spades} to complete the runout and earn him the double.

Staszko Eliminated in Three-Way All-In

Niveau 11 : 800/1,600, 1,600 ante
Martin Staszko
Martin Staszko

Marc Radgen was all in for 4,400 from early position and picked up two callers in Ivan Banic and Laszlo Papai. Martin Staszko moved all in for 10,400 in the big blind and both Banic and Papai called.

On the {9-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} flop, Banic check-folded to the shove of Papai to see the following showdown emerge.

Marc Radgen: {a-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}
Martin Staszko: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
Laszlo Papai: {8-Hearts}{8-Clubs}

The {5-Clubs} turn and {9-Clubs} river ensured the double knockout and the pot was shipped to Papai.
