Rollercoaster for Thys

Niveau 4 : 100/300, 300 ante

The cutoff opened to 1,100 before Kamil Pas three-bet to 3,000 on the button. Vincent Thys called from the big blind and the cutoff folded.

Thys check-called a bet of 2,200 on the {a-Spades}{10-Clubs}{6-Spades} flop before action checked through on the {5-Spades} turn. Thys then led for 4,200 on the {a-Hearts} river and was snap-called by Pas. Pas had the winner with pocket jacks.

The very next hand, Thys was all-in and at-risk against Osman Aksu.

Vincent Thys: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}
Osman Aksu: {a-Hearts}{k-Spades}

Aksu picked up some outs after the {k-Diamonds}{6-Spades}{10-Hearts} flop but doubled-up his opponent following the {3-Hearts} turn and {7-Spades} river.

Nines Dent Nunez' Stack

Niveau 4 : 100/300, 300 ante

With a completed board showing {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{a-Diamonds}, Bernardo Nunez bet 1,200 from the small blind but then faced a raise of 7,000 from Kim Wittendorf. Nunez let out a reluctant "I call," and was shown the bad news when his opponent turned over his {9-Spades}{9-Clubs} for a full house.

Nunez did show his king-queen offsuit before he mucked his cards.

Kamil Pas opened to 300 from middle position before Nebojsa Ankucic made it 1,000 to go from late position. Only Pas called which brought in the {9-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop.

Pas check-called a bet of 1,000 and then led for 2,700 on the {q-Diamonds} turn. Ankucic called.

Pas slowed down and checked the {5-Hearts} river, Ankucic then fired for 7,500 and Pas chucked in a chip to call. Ankucic made two pair on the river with his {6-Clubs}{5-Clubs} which was good to scoop the pot.

Tahar bet 2,500 and his opponent called. Tahar sized up to 8,800 on the {6-Diamonds} river and Yokosawa quickly called.

Tahar turned over his {a-Spades}{q-Hearts} for top pair but was thwarted by Yokosawa's two pair with the {j-Clubs}{9-Clubs}.

Alvarez Snap Calls Cosmin

Niveau 2 : 100/100, 100 ante

With 5,200 in the middle on the {k-Clubs}{7-Spades}{3-Spades} flop, Dima Cosmin bet 1,000 from the big blind and was called by Alberto Alvarez who was in middle position.

Both players checked on the {q-Diamonds} turn which brought in the {10-Hearts} river. Cosmin fired for 2,500 and his opponent snap-called. Cosmin had pocket jacks but it was not good enough to beat Alvarez' {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}.
