Another day, another high roller event at the 2022 Pokerstars European Poker Tour Prague which is being held at King's Casino Prague. The €25,000 No-Limit Hold'em High Roller II is on the schedule today and is scheduled to kick off at 12:30 p.m. local time with a winner being crowned later tonight.

Late last night, Ben Heath captured the first of the single-day high roller events that saw a total of 22 entries take part. Heath managed to maneuver his way through the field on just one bullet and take home the first-place prize of over €227,000 after defeating Alex Kulev in heads-up play. Kulev still managed to escape with a six-figure payout of €142,620 while Daniel Dvoress and Pablo Brito Silva also rounded out those in the money.

The structure will be the exact same today with a starting stack of 100,000 chips and the blinds beginning at 500/1,000 and a 1,000 big blind ante. The levels will be 30 minutes in length with the first eight levels comprising of all double levels. There will be an unlimited re-entry option available and late registration will remain open until after the dinner break and the start of level 11.

For those that are registered at the start of the tournament, they will receive half of the house fee back in cash. One other thing to note that is new at this EPT stop, the preflop shot clock has been reduced to just 15 seconds while all other streets will remain at 30 seconds. Each time bank used will still grant you an additional 30 seconds to act regardless of when it is used.

The PokerNews live reporting team will be with you all of the way to capture all of the live updates en route to crowning a champion later tonight.
