There was been another record-setting event at the PokerStars European Poker Tour Prague, with the €2,200 Eureka High Roller smashing the previous all-time total set back in March.

Across Day 1a and 1b, the tournament has seen a total of 1,534 entries, surpassing the previous best 1,149.

The prize pool stands at €2,945,280 and anyone who makes Day 2 will be in the money.

Bouquet Hits River to Double; Obreshkov Busts

Stoyan Obreshkov opened to 5,000 from under the gun before Rui Bouquet made it 15,000 from middle position. Marco Regonaschi called from the small blind which prompted Obreshkov to jam for 91,500. Bouquet, who started the hand with 87,500, called for his tournament life while Regonaschi folded.

Obreshkov leapfrogged into the lead, making two pair on the flop. The turn gave Bouquet outs to the straight but he didn't need it as the river gave him a superior two pair for the double up.
