One of the last hands to complete before the last break saw a preflop contest between Guillaume Diaz and Vincze Baranyi. The latter was all-in for a mere 5,400 and the following showdown emerged.

board for Panetti as Szetei ended up scoring the knockout with the ace-high flush.
Laurent Cessy raised to 800 and was called by Derek Ip in the hijack and Hirokazu Kobayashi on the button. Elentherios Kavoukis three-bet to 3,500 and Cessy was the only caller.
After the 
flop, Kavoukis bet 4,500 and then called all-in when Cessy pushed with the superior stack.

river were blanks as the straight draw of Kavoukis bricked.
William Kassouf opened from early position to 800 and action folded around to Csaba Miklos who called from the cutoff. Jeffrey William, on the button, elected to raise to 1,800 and after the blinds folded both Kassouf and Miklos made the call.
On a flop of 
Kassouf and Miklos both checked and William continued his aggression with a bet of 2,000. Kassouf check-raised to 7,100 and Miklos got out of the way. William took his time before finding the fold and Kassouf added the chips to his stack.

Gaelle Baumann leaped above two times the average after she won a big pot against Franz Bracher. More than 40,000 were in the middle when they had gotten chips in after the 
turn. Bracher checked behind the river and mucked to the 
of Baumann.

Robin Ylitalo was the player at risk in a preflop contest against David Dahan, who had the far bigger stack. The former EPT Main Event champion was down to a mere 11,800 but had the best of it this time.
