Dvoress Shoves on Ponakovs

Daniel Dvoress raised to 21,000 on the button and Gerard Pique called in the small blind. Aleksejs Ponakovs three-bet to 75,000 in the big blind and Dvoress called while Pique got out of the way.
The flop fell 
and Ponakovs led out with a bet of 80,000. Dvoress announced all in, putting Ponaovs to the test for his last 500,000 chips or so. Ponakovs went into the tank for over a minute but eventually decided to lay his hand down.
