Adrian Mateos
Adrian Mateos

Santhosh Suvarna jammed all in for his last 65,000 chips on the button and Juan Pardo called in the big blind. Suvarna was ahead with {a-Spades}{7-Spades} against the {j-Hearts}{10-Spades} of Pardo. However, the {k-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{8-Spades} runout gave Pardo the better of the two pairs and Suvarna was eliminated.

At another table, Sam Greenwood raised to 18,000 on the button and Adrian Mateos three-bet shoved all in for 240,000 in the small blind. Greenwood quickly called and the cards were on their backs.

Adrian Mateos: {6-Spades}{6-Clubs}
Sam Greenwood: {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}

The board ran out {k-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{a-Spades} and despite picking up a flush draw on the turn, Mateos was unable to improve and was eliminated.

Mulder Consistently Chipping Up

Niveau 10 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Teun Mulder came into the day with under a starting stack but has slowly been stacking chips over the first hour. Without playing any significant pots, Mulder has climbed all the way over 600,000 by constantly raising preflop and taking it down post-flop.

Mulder recently scooped two more pots in a row from Leon Tsoukernik. Mulder raised to 16,000 in early position and Tsoukernik called from the small blind. The flop came {k-Clubs}{10-Spades}{9-Clubs} and Tsoukernik folded to a bet of 9,000 from Mulder.
