Friberg Dodges His Way to a Double
Niveau 9
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Thomas Saminadin bet 5,000 from the cutoff on a flop of 8♠3♠10♥ before Erik Friberg moved all in for 20,600 in the big blind. Saminadin quickly called.
Erik Friberg: K♠10♠
Thomas Saminadin: 9♦7♠
Friberg had top pair and a flush draw, while Saminadin was chasing a straight. Saminadin missed the A♦ turn, while the A♣ on the river sealed Friberg's double up.
