Gautschi Makes Gogniat Pay For Draw
Niveau 3
: Blinds 100/300, 300 ante
Jose Gonzalez raised to 700 from early position and picked up several calls, including Thierry Gogniat and Yannick Gautschi.
The flop came 4♠5♠J♦. Action checked to Gogniat, who bet 1,200. Gautschi raised to 4,200 and players folded back to Gogniat, who made the call.
Two players went to the turn, which was the 4♣. Gogniat checked and Gautschi bet 7,500, which Gogniat called.
The river was the 5♣. Gogniat checked again and Gautschi moved all in for less than 20,000. Gogniat folded his hand and showed 7♠3♠ for busted flush, straight-flush, and gutshot straight draws. Gautschi mucked and took the pot.
