Darie Hits the River
Niveau 24
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Francesco Pilato opened to 60,000 from the small blind and Vlad Darie defended from the big blind.
The flop came A♣9♦8♣. Pilato bet 30,000 and Darie made the call.
On the 2♠ turn Pilato fired again for 60,000. Darie put in a check-raise to 260,000 and Pilato made the call.
Both players checked the K♥ river. Pilato tabled J♦J♥ while Darie showed down K♠5♦ for pure air until the river. Darie's pair of kings were good for the winner and he took down a sizable pot.
