Huang Wei Eliminated in 13th Place (€59,200)
Niveau 26
: Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Huang Wei opened to 300,000 from the hijack, committing almost his entire stack. Maher Nouira moved all in from the button for 725,000 and Francesco Pilato moved all in on top, covering both players. Wei made the call.
Huang Wei: 10♠9♠
Maher Nouira: A♣Q♦
Francesco Pilato: K♣K♦
Pilato seemed poised for a double knockout but Nouira took the lead with top pair on the A♦J♣8♣ flop. Wei then hit a straight on the 7♣ turn, but the triple up was not meant to be as the river came the 9♣, giving Nouira the nut-flush to secure nearly a full triple up while Wei was sent to the rail.
