Sfez Check-Raises it Away
Niveau 30
: Blinds 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante
Aleksandr Shevliakov opened 250,000 in middle position and Eric Sfez defended the big blind after tanking for 45 seconds.
When the K♦8♦3♠ flop hit the felt, Sfez checked and Shevliakov continued for 175,000. Sfez thought about it for about 20 seconds before splashing a raise to 650,000 across the line. Shevliakov instantly pushed his cards into the centre.
