Weissman Off to a Hot Start
Niveau 18
: 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Thomas Pearn opened to 16,000 from the hijack and Joey Weissman moved all in for 106,000. Pearn snap-called to put Weissman at risk.
Joey Weissman: K♦J♦
Thomas Pearn: A♥K♠
Weissman was in rough shape with a dominated king but picked up a ton of equity in the form of a flush draw on the 10♥3♦7♦ flop. The 10♠ turn was of no help but he spiked the flush on the 9♦ river to receive a full double up at the expense of Pearn.
