Two Pair For van de Ree
Niveau 7
: Blinds 400/800, 800 ante
From the cutoff, Linda van de Ree opened to 2,000 and was called by both players in the blinds.
When the flop A♥J♦Q♥ came, she made a continuation bet of 2,000. Only Yoann Casanovas in the small blind check-called.
He checked again on the turn J♠, and van de Ree checked back. On the river Q♦, Casanovas took the lead and added 3,000 chips to the pot. Van de Ree eventually called and showed A♦K♦. That was the winning hand, as Casanovas revealed 10♠9♠ for a missed straight draw.
