Nicholas Palma opened to 10,000 in middle position and Mark Vronskii called in the cutoff before Lucas Silva Rocha three-bet jammed for around 40,000 in the big blind. Palma folded and Vronskii called with a bigger stack.

The flop of 8♦7♣7♦ didn't change much but Rocha pushed his jack toward the board right before the dealer put down the J♠ to give him the lead.

John Juanda tried to help Vronskii by pushing his king toward the board but it didn't help as the 4♥ river confirmed a double for Rocha.

"Ouch," Juanda said quietly.
