Heads-up in a limped pot between the blinds, Mihai Niste bet 125,000 on a 7♦A♥9♥ flop with 8♦5♠ and Curtis Knight called holding A♣5♥ for top pair.

The turn came the 2♦ and Knight checked over to Niste again, who fired out another 450,000. Knight again stuck around with his pair of aces to the 7♠ river.

He checked and Niste then surrendered the pot and checked behind.

Action checked to Zurita on the 7♥K♣3♥ flop and he bet 250,000. Only Plante called.

The 3♠ paired the board and Plante led out for 350,000. Zurita called.

Plante then shoved on the 6♣ river, which was enough to put Zurita all in for his last 1,100,000. Zurta committed the rest of his stack and Plante tabled 5♦3♦ for trip threes.

Zuritia showed he held K♥Q♥ for top pair, which wasn't enough and he was eliminated in tenth place.

Sydenstricker was in trouble but the flop of 5♥10♦9♦ gave him plenty of outs with a flush draw and gutshot. The 10♥ turn didn't change anything but his rail exploded as the Q♠ hit on the river to give him a straight to double up.
