On the 7♥ turn Ladva bet again for 15,000 and O'Dwyer made the call.

The river was the A♦. Ladva thought about his decision, using one time extension chip before betting 25,000. O'Dwyer quickly called.

Ladva revealed A♥2♠ for a rivered pair of aces while O'Dwyer tabled Q♦7♦ for two pair to win a chunky pot.
