Ding Doubles Through Lococo
Niveau 16
: Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Alejandro Lococo opened to 60,000 from the hijack and received calls from Biao Ding in the small blind and Tsugunari Toma in the big blind.
The flop came J♥10♠2♥ and Ding moved all in for his remaining 155,000. Toma got out of the way and Lococo made the call with a covering stack to put Ding at risk.
Biao Ding: A♥4♥
Alejandro Lococo: Q♠10♥
Lococo's pair was slightly ahead of Ding's nut-flush draw but the 8♥ on the turn left him drawing dead. The Q♣ river was incosequential and Ding received over a full double up two spots away from the money bubble.
