Sharp River Call From Sula
Niveau 22
: Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Nicanor Sula opened to 45,000 in early position and got called by George Rabahie in the big blind.
The Q♣A♥A♠ flop hit the felt and action quickly checked through to a 10♣ turn. Rabahie checked again and Sula opted to put his foot back on the gas and bet out for 25,000. This action was met with a quick check-raise to 60,000 by Rabahie. Sula mulled it over and eventually landed on a call.
The 4♠ landed on the river and Rabahie led for 55,000. After a few moments Sula put in the chips. Rabahie shook his head and tabled 8♣4♣ for a missed flush draw and Sula tabled J♥10♥ for just third pair. He dragged the pot after a great river call.
