Delgado Left With Fumes Before Falling to Dickerson
Niveau 14
: Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Vicente Delgado open-jammed a stack of 206,000 on the button and Kyle Cheong went deep in the tank in the big blind before calling off for slightly less.
Kyle Cheong: A♣10♣
Vicente Delgado: Q♣J♣
Cheong stayed ahead for the double as the board ran out 10♥4♠6♥A♦9♥ to leave Delgado with crumbs.
The next hand, Maher Nouira opened to 24,000 and Delgado moved all in for less as Cheong and Jules Dickerson both called.
Action checked down on the 3♦Q♥J♦ flop and 5♦ turn before Cheong bet 12,000 on the 6♦ river. Dickerson raised to 35,000 and only Cheong called. Dickerson showed a straight with 7♠4♦ to beat out the 9♠9♦ of Cheong and the set of Delgado with 6♠6♦ as the Spaniard was eliminated.
