Guven Raises River
Niveau 17
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Ege Guven has been agressive at his table and is opening quite a few hands. On this deal he opted to open the button to 13,000 and got called in the big blind by Andrei Vavilonskii.
The 3♥2♦6♥ flop hit the felt and action checked through to a 5♦ turn. Vavilonskii took the betting lead and put out 17,000. Guven called.
The J♦ river hit the felt and Vavilonskii led again for 25,000. Guven went into the tank for a moment and then put in a raise to 82,000. Vavilonskii pondered a call but eventually mucked his hand as Guven dragged in the chips.
