Gerard Carbo Eliminated in 11th Place ($74,200)
Niveau 28
: Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Nikita Kuznetsov open-jammed in the small blind and Gerard Carbo called off in the big blind with a stack of 870,000.
Gerard Carbo: A♦K♣
Nikita Kuznetsov: Q♦10♥
Carbo's ace-high was still ahead on the 8♠4♠J♥ flop, and the A♥ turn improved him to top pair while also giving Kuznetsov a double gutter. The river then landed the K♠ river to give Kuznetsov the runner-runner straight to mark Carbo's elimination.
